Shay's description is fairly true. Basically, "pretties" are paid to be pretty. We are not all ugly. If you are pretty, you aren't forced to be a model. The description is a little off, but not by much. They were correct about how girls used to starve themselves, and how most of the obese people were comedians. Magazines just try to capture people in their worst or best moments. They get what the "stars" look like, not regular human beings. Shay and Tally's description is just of what a handful of people act like, and they made too many generalizations.
